E-lumina is a Mexican startup that acts as a multidisciplinary legal operator.

Why was E-lumina created?
Mexico is entering a new regulatory era: recent legal reforms have made Energy Justice a necessary operating principle for every productive project, especially in strategic sectors such as energy.
This means that it is no longer enough to simply invest: it is now essential to reduce energy poverty, mitigate social and gender inequalities, safeguard access to clean electricity as a driver of local development, and involve local communities whenever appropriate.
